Are the proposed dates binding?
No, proposed dates are non-binding options that are communicated to the customer with the offer. It is at your discretion whether you want to keep the date free for some time. The customer has 14 days to respond to the offer. Adding an option can facilitate the successful completion of the event. After a customer has acceptedan offer, the date must be blocked for the customer.
What do the suggested dates mean?
With the request, the customer selects a date and can make further alternative suggestions. In the offer tool, you as a location can now select which of these dates is still available.
What to do if the dates are not available?
If the dates are already booked, you can suggest one or more dates of your own. If the customer accepts the offer, you will be informed of the selected date.
